Benfica's Raul Jimenez hoping Wolves sign him permanently

Raul Jimenez, who is currently on loan to Wolverhampton Wanderers from Benfica, is hoping to stay in England once his loan deal expires at the end of the season.

However, Raul Jimenez made his feelings known about staying at Wolverhampton Wanderers beyond this season, saying: “I am happy in England, things are going well and I hope that Wolves buy me permanently, now or at the end of the season. That would be very good.”

“But, if that does not happen and I have to return, it doesn’t matter because Benfica is a great club.”

Jimenez has played for Wolves 23 times so far for Wolves this season, chipping in with 7 goals and 5 assists in the process, and Wolves are known to be working hard to get his move to Wolves made permanent, preferably for a cut fee in comparison to the clause agreed.
