Wolves 4-3 Leicester City
Wolves earn all three points against Leicester City in a seven goal thriller as they bid to push for a Europa League place.
It was a clash between two sides vying to finish as 'best of the rest' in the English top flight, both prime candidates to secure that 7th place spot behind the leading pack.
And Wolves started the game in the perfect manner, Diogo Jota squeezing between the defenders to get on the end of the cross of Portuguese legend João Moutinho's inswinger to fire into the back of the net.
Portugal's 3rd most capped player in history was involved again for the second, Moutinho whipping in a corner which was dispatched by the head of Bennett just 12 minutes in.
The first half was end to end from that point though, both sides having chances to add to the scoresheet, with Rui Patricio in Wolves' goal gifting Leicester a chance to reduce the deficit as his wayward clearance went straight to the feet of a Leicester player.
He made up for it just minutes later though, getting down low and fast to get his hands to Demarai Gray's powerful strike to keep Wolves' clean sheet intact.
But, while Wolves managed to preserve their lead up until half time, it was a disastrous few minutes after the break for Wolves that saw their lead instantly wiped out.
After some unspectacular defending, Leicester's Demarai Gray got one back for Leicester just 2 minutes after the restart, firing low and hard into the bottom corner from an angle, before Barnes' strike in the 52nd minute deflected in off the leg of Connor Coady to undo all of Wolves' hard work.
From that point, the game could have gone either way, with both sides having chances to take the lead.
However, it was Wolves that eventually pulled back in front just beyond the hour mark, Portugal's own Ruben Neves, as he so often does, playing an immaculate through ball from the halfway line to Diogo Jota, who sprinted onto the end of it before smashing it through Schmeichel.
Wolves looked as if they had all three points in the bag as the match approached the last 5 minutes, but after Leicester earned a deep free-kick, the ball was whipped into the box, and captain Morgan jumped highest to head it home, beyond the outstretched hand of Rui Patricio.
With the game 3-3 and with just 3 minutes of stoppage time added on, it looked a certainty that the match would end as a draw.
But there was one more extraordinary twist to the tale as Ruben Neves once again played an immaculate ball to the wing to Raul Jimenez, who slotted the ball across the box for Diogo Jota to hit it into the bottom corner with just seconds left on the clock.
A hattrick for Jota, and an extraordinary end to an extraordinary game as Wolves move up to 8th in the table.
